About Oxford HealthCare
Steve Goforth started Oxford HealthCare in Tulsa, Oklahoma on March 1, 1992. Goforth’s vision was to help elderly citizens in Tulsa and the surrounding northeastern area of Oklahoma stay in their homes as long as possible by providing professional home care assistance. With one nurse and one secretary, Oxford HealthCare began.
Today, Oxford HealthCare has grown to be one of the largest home care providers in Oklahoma. Oxford has provided care for more than 10,000 elderly and disabled Oklahomans in the last 15 years, and it continues to be a trusted source of aid and respite for those caring for loved ones at home.
Goforth said, “The dream has become reality. By providing peace of mind for loved ones with an outstanding group of people who are committed to our mission, we will continue to keep families together at home for years to come.”
