At Oxford HealthCare, we believe in training our employees to the best of our abilities. Our training video showcases our protocol on cleaning homes properly. 

Twice a year, we hold InService meetings for our Certified Home Health Aides. We utilize this time to explain and discuss the current alterations in the healthcare field and how they impact us as a company. They have proven to be very beneficial in keeping our staff up to date and knowledgable with their clients.
