About Oxford HealthCare

We are IN-HOME Home healthCare Specialists

1991 saw the opening of Oxford HealthCare’s doors under the supervision of Steve Goforth. Goforth’s vision was to help the elderly and disabled citizens of Oklahoma remain in their homes for as long as possible by providing home care assistance; thereby maintaining the patients independence. As comfort and independence are the utmost priorities, Oxford has worked diligently with state programs to ensure that elderly and disabled Oklahomans are not financially struggling for the care that they desire and deserve.

Today, Oxford HealthCare has grown to be one of the largest home care providers in Oklahoma, and not without reason. The services provided by Oxford HealthCare create continuity, comfort and stability for the patients and their families. The caring, compassionate employees continue to bring the patients smiles and relief in the luxury of their own homes whilst family members stress levels are reduced. Oxford facilitates a gratifying aging process as well as top of the line care for the disabled.

“We have stayed true to our mission. Our goal from day one has been to hire people who have a true heart for caring. Due to the commitment of our employees, we have been privileged to touch the lives of thousands of elderly and disabled Oklahomans in the last 30 years and counting.” Goforth said. Oxford HealthCare looks forward to innovating and optimizing home healthcare well into the future.

Her most memorable accomplishment occurred during her time as an Advantage Case Manager. One of her members had not been able to take a shower in her bathroom for over a year, she desperately wanted to get out of her bed and take a real shower. Nickie began a long journey of getting a walk-in shower modification approved through the Advantage program. After one year of submission after submission Nickie finally received the approval to the delight of the member. Moments like this is what keeps Nickie’s heart dedicated to serving Seniors.
